Individual, Couples, and Families:
$140.00 per session hour
Forms of Payment:
Cash, E-transfer, Visa or Mastercard
Coverage:
You may be covered through your company benefit plan. This may be through your extended health benefits or an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). My services are also covered through Victims Services.
Clinical services provided by registered social workers can be claimed as a medical expense on income tax. Clinical social work services are not subject to GST.
Cancellation Policy:
As my time has been reserved for you, the full session fee will be charged unless you provide 24 hours cancellation notice. If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment please contact me by phone or text.
